General Provisions

be9 is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between be9 and its users. All provisions below apply to every service offered by be9.

4. Only one account may be registered per person.
5. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.

You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration. be9 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your be9 account. The following rules must be followed in this regard:

• Keep your login password strong and unique, and never share it with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the be9 support team immediately.
• Always log out after logging in from a cyber café or a public device.
• be9 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Transferring or sharing your account is strictly prohibited. be9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from the use of your account by a third party; however, be9 reserves the right to investigate such transactions and take necessary action.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on be9:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
• Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal Time: Generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

be9 reserves the right to complete a verification process before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless a different arrangement is required for technical reasons.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If suspicious activity is identified in any transaction, be9 may suspend that transaction and request additional information from the user.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

be9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (deposit + bonus). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• This bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or IP address.
• The bonus can only be used on games available on the be9 platform.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Any bonus offer may have a specific expiry period, and it will be automatically cancelled once that period has passed.
• be9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• The bonus contribution may vary for specific games — details will be stated in the terms of each offer.

Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to participation in all games on be9:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, be9 reserves the right to cancel that round.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final, unless a technical error is proven.
• In sports betting, bets remain valid within the scheduled event time.

• Any attempt to manipulate game results.
• Playing in collusion with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false or misleading information.

• Loss resulting from a breach of account security due to the user's own negligence.

be9 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms and Account Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

be9 reserves the right to amend these rules and terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. For significant changes, be9 will endeavour to notify users as early as possible.

12.2 Closing an Account

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances. be9 reserves the right to unilaterally terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period (the inactivity period will be published separately).
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
